वाह रे मानव तेरा स्वभाव....

भारतीय सभ्यता में कुछ समय पहले तक अतिथि को जब किसी विवाह उत्सव में शामिल होने के लिए बुलाया जाता था। मेजबान (घर के सदस्य) उसके आव भगत में (स्वागत) में लग जाते थे। घर के सदस्य उसके भोजन का प्रबंध किया करते थे। घर की महिलाये अतिथि के स्वागत हेतु भोजन, अपने हाथ से बनाती थी। अतिथि को परिवार के पुरुष, बड़े सम्मान से भोजन कराते थे। विवाह में मनोरंजन के लिए, अपनी योग्यतानुसार नाचने गाने वालो का प्रबंध किया जाता था। 

लेकिन कितना बदल गए हम - 

विवाह में भोजन बनाने के लिए, अब बाजार से लोग किराये पर बुलाये जाते है और नाचने गाने का कार्य महिलाओ ने उठा लिया है। (क्या यह हमारी सस्कृति है)

Some time back in Indian civilization, when a guest was called to attend a wedding celebration. The hosts (members of the household) used to attend (welcome) him. Members of the household used to manage his food. The women of the house used to cook food with their own hands to welcome the guest. The elder men of the family fed the guest with great respect. For entertainment in marriage, dancing songs were arranged according to their ability.

But how much have we changed?

To prepare food for marriage, people are now hired from the market and women to have taken up the task of dancing.

पहले घर की सुरक्षा के लिए किसी व्यक्ति को दरवाजे पर बैठाया जाता था, ताकि कोई कुत्ता घर में न आ सके। लेकिन कितना बदल गए है हम- अब दरवाजे पर कुत्ता बैठाया जाता है, ताकि कोई व्यक्ति घर में न घुस सके।

In olden times, a person lived like a concierge at the door to protect the house, so that no dog could enter the house. But how much we have changed- Now the dog is seated at the door, so that no person can enter the house.

पहले भोजन घर में करते थे और पेट हल्का बाहर किया जाता था परन्तु कितना बदल गए हम- अब भोजन बाहर करते है और पेट घर में हल्का होता है। 

Earlier food was used in the house and the stomach was taken out. But how much we changed- Now we go out for food and the stomach gets lighter in the house.

पहले जब लोग साइकिल चलाते थे। तो गरीब समझे जाते थे। परन्तु कितना बदल गए हम- अब चार पहिया गाड़ी से जिम जाते है ताकि साइकिल चला सके। 

Previously, when people cycled, then they were considered poor. But how much we have changed- Now we go to the gym in a four-wheeler car to ride a bicycle.

वाह रे मानव तेरा स्वभाव......

एक औरत बेटे को जन्म देने के लिए अपनी सुंदरता का त्याग कर देती है। वही बेटा, एक सुन्दर औरत के लिए अपनी माँ को त्याग देता है। 

A woman sacrifices her beauty to give birth to a son. The same son abandons his mother for a beautiful woman.

जब इंसान किसी लाश को हाथ लगाता है, तो नहाता है। 

परन्तु वही इंसान किसी बेजुबान जीव को मार के खाता है। 

When a human hands a corpse, he takes a bath.

But that person eats by killing the helpless creature.

हमारा व्यवहार भी कुछ अजीब हो गया है 

इंसान मोमबत्ती जलाकर मुर्दो को याद करता है। 

और उसी मोमबत्ती को बुझाकर जन्मदिन की खुशीओ को मनाते है।  

Our behavior has also become somewhat strange

We remember the dead by burning candles.

And extinguish the same candle, celebrating the birthday.

यह मंदिर-मस्ज़िद भी क्या गजब की जगह है दोस्तो,

जहाँ गरीब बाहर और अमीर अंदर "भीख" मांगता है।

Where the poor beg outside and the rich beg inside.

पायल सोने की हो या चाँदी की, पहनी पैरो में जाती है,

जबकि चंद रूपये में खरीदी गई बिंदी का स्थान माथे पर होता है। 

अर्थात- महत्व कीमत का नहीं है, बल्कि कार्य का है। यानि इंसान को अपनी पहचान अपने कर्मो से बनानी चाहिए। जब कोई व्यक्ति अपनी पहचान अपने कर्मो से बनाता है तो इससे उसके खानदान का मान-सम्मान बढ़ता है। 

Why the anklet is made of gold or silver, it is worn in the leg.

Whereas the bindi purchased in a few rupees is on the forehead.

It's Mean- the importance is not of the price, but of the work. A person should identify himself with his actions. When a person identifies himself with his deeds, it increases the respect of his family.

एक किताबघर में रखी हुई गीता और कुरान आपस में कभी नहीं लड़ते,

और जो उनके लिए लड़ते हैं वो कभी उन दोनों को नहीं पढ़ते। 

ऐसा क्यों- क्योकि यदि आप इन दोनों ही धर्म ग्रंथो को पढ़ ले तो आप कभी भी दुसरो से नहीं लड़ेंगे। यह दोनों ही धर्म ग्रन्थ जीवन जीने के लिए इंसान को रास्ता दिखाते है।

The Gita and the Quran kept in a bookhouse never fight among themselves,

And those who fight for them never read them both.

Why This- because if you read both these religious books, you will never fight with others. Both these religions show the way for a human being to live life.

इतिहास गवाह है कि आज तक कभी भी नमक में कीड़े नहीं पड़ते हैं।

वहीं पर दूसरी ओर अक्सर मिठाई में चीटियाँ और कीड़े पड़ जाया करते है। 

इसका अर्थ क्या है- इंसान को हमेसा ऐसे मित्र को साथ रहना चाहिए। जो निःस्वार्थ भाव से नमक की तरह कड़वा ज्ञान देता हो।  क्योकि स्वार्थ से पूर्ण मित्र मीठी बातो को माध्यम से अपनी स्वार्थ सिद्धि करते है। जिस कारण से व्यक्ति के जीवन में नुकसान रूपी कीड़े पड़ जाते है। 

History witnesses that to date insects are not produced in salt.

On the other hand, ants and insects often grow in sweets.

What it means- A human being should always have such a friend. Who selflessly gives bitter knowledge like salt. Because, full of selfishness, friends fulfill their selfishness through sweet talk. Due to which many times in a person's life there is a big loss.

समाज दूध बेचने वाले से बार बार पूछता है कि उसने दूध में पानी तो नहीं मिलाया है। जबकि वही समाज शराब में खुद से ही पानी मिलकर बार बार पिता है। समाज का न जाने कैसा नियम है जो शराब बेचने वाले को, अपनी शराब बेचने के लिए कहीं नहीं जाना पड़ता। जबकि दूध बेचने वाले को, अपना दूध बेचने के लिए गली गली, घर घर तक जाना पड़ता है। 

इसका अर्थ क्या है- यदि आप सतकर्म कर रहे हो तो समाज की उपेक्षा से निरास नहीं होना चाहिए। बल्कि अपने कर्म पथ पर सतत बढ़ते रहना चाहिए। 

The society repeatedly asks the milk seller whether he has not added water to the milk? Whereas the same people drink alcohol mixed with water. Do not know what the rule is that the liquor seller does not have to go anywhere to sell his liquor. Whereas the milk seller has to go from house to house to sell his milk.

What does it mean- if you are doing Satkarma, then you should not be disheartened by the neglect of society. Rather, you should continue to grow on your karma path.

बारात मे दूल्हा पीछे और लोग आगे चलते है,

मय्यत मे जनाजा आगे और दुनिया पीछे चलती है। 

अर्थात- लोग आपकी खुशियों में बढ़चढ़कर हिस्सा लेते है और यदि आप पर दुःख आता है तो वही लोग आपका साथ छोड़ देते है। इसलिए सुख के समय इंसान को अपने दुःख के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए।

In the procession, the groom walks behind and people walk forward,

At the time of death, the Dead body walks forward and the world walks backward.

It's means- People take an active part in your happiness and if you feel sad, then they leave you. Therefore, at the time of happiness, a person should be ready for his grief.

यदि आपका जीवन सुखमय हो तो आपको यह मान लेना चाहिए कि ईश्वर ने आपको आपके सतकर्मो का फल दिया है। परन्तु, यदि आपका जीवन दुःखों से घिर गया है तो आपको यह समझ लेना चाहिए कि ईश्वर ने आपको सतकर्मो के लिए चुन लिया है। 

अर्थात- जीवन में सुख हो अथवा दुःख, इंसान को अपना सम्पूर्ण जीवन ईश्वर विश्वास में रखते हुए समभाव से व्यतीत करना चाहिए। 

 If you have a happy life, then you should assume that God has given you the fruits of your truth. But, if your life is surrounded by sorrows, then you should understand that God has chosen you for Satkarmo.

It's Mean- Whether there is happiness or sorrow in life, a person should spend his entire life equitable keeping in God's faithfulness.

बदलाव प्रकृति का नियम है। मैंने सुना है कि जो समय के साथ नहीं बदलता, समय उसे बदल देता है। परन्तु प्रश्न यह है कि क्या जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में बदलाव जरुरी है? भारतीय समाज पुरातन काल से ही मानव सभ्यता के लिए दुनियाँ को प्रेरित करता रहा है। लेकिन इस बदलाव के कारण, हमारे सामने कई प्रश्न उठ खड़े हुए है। मैं आपका ध्यान उन बदलावों की ओर केंद्रित करना चाहूंगा। उम्मीद करता हूँ, मेरे लेख भारतीय समाज को बेहतर करने में अवश्य प्रयास करेंगे।
मैं यह नहीं जानता हूँ कि हमारे लेख का कुछ असर होगा या नहीं। लेकिन मेरा प्रयास होगा कि बदलाव की इस आंधी में, मानव जीवन के जो महत्वपूर्ण मूल्य टूट रहे है। अपने लेख के जरिये, उन मूल्यों को बचाने का प्रयास कर सकूँ।

Change is the law of nature. I have heard that a person who does not change with time, time only changes that person. But the question is, is it necessary to change in every sphere of life? Indian society has been inspiring the world for human civilization since ancient times. But due to this change, many questions have arisen in front of us.
